Every job request received and the interaction that follows are unique; we make sure we listen, to fully understand what you want to achieve, before we consider how we can best be of service to you.  Realistic and attainable solution(s) based on your requirements will be proposed for your consideration, and goals agreed upon before we start your projects.

You will be constantly kept apprised (not necessarily involved, unless you want to be!) in the planning and execution of any work we do for you.  After a task is completed, we will check in with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied, before we consider a case closed.

We understand value is determined by its fit for purpose – in this respect, we will only offer you what you need and want.

No two person are the same, and likewise, your concerns and requirements are not.  Our services are bespoke, and there is always the option to add on ad-hoc services, rather than to sell you a cocktail of what you do not need.  As we only deploy the specific Concierge as and when their specialities are required, we maintain a low overhead business so we can transfer the savings to you!
